Once I receive my cookie dough do I have to refrigerate it?

We get this question often!  Unlike your typical cookie dough, you do not need to refrigerate it, even after opening (this also makes it ideal for shipping as is).  However, similar to All Natural Nut Butters, if left out, the nut butters will be soft and if refrigerated, the product will stay more firm and fresh for longer.

Your preference!  In the Keto KeDough Household, we like to leave our KeDough on the counter for easy scooping and eating. 😋

  • Non-refrigerated: product may be stored for up to 3 month
  • Refrigerated: product may be stored for up to 6 months

Can you bake it as well?

No... although we have baked them to see how they would turn out, they aren't created for baking and therefore nothing impressive.  The Keto KeDough tastes best UNCOOKED and eaten straight out of the jar!  We do not recommend baking them.  If anything a few seconds in the microwave is all we would recommend.

Will you be coming out with other flavors and products?

Yes, slowly but surely! Every flavor and future product are perfected and not rushed - taste tested until perfected!

What is Monk Fruit?

Monk fruit is a green gourd grown in Southeast Asia.  It has long been used in Eastern medicine as a common cold and digestive remedy, however, you can now find it in the U.S. as a zero-carb sweetener.

Monk fruit is known for its very sweet taste.  Some Monk fruit contains compounds that are 250 times sweeter than regular sugar, with the good news of 0 calories or negative effects on blood glucose levels.

What is Erythritol?

Erythritol is a type of sugar alcohol and is about 70 to 80% as sweet as sugar.  It does have 4 grams of carbohydrate per teaspoon, however ZERO net carbs, so it doesn't count towards your daily carb allowance if on the Keto Diet. It doesn't raise blood sugar or insulin levels which is why it is a great fit for the Keto Diet.  It also causes little to no GI distress.  It's a great choice for anyone looking to lower their sugar intake.  We don't use much of it in our recipes but we do use some.
